This Bakken set includes two gray carbon steel cookie sheets with red silicone handles: a small 12.15 x 8.03" and a medium 15.15 x 10.03". Both have a nonstick coating and stack together. Bake a batch of cookies on the medium sheet while the small one toasts nuts or roasts a side of vegetables.

Carbon steel 0.5 mm thick spreads heat evenly and holds its shape up to 450°F. The nonstick coating releases food without butter, oil or cooking spray. The Red silicone handles on each sheet give you a secure grip moving it in and out of the oven, and the sheets stack flat for storage.
